Workshops/Training Opportunities

Prince Albert Parkland Health Region (PAPHR) and Lakeland District for Sport Culture and Recreation (LDSCR) are continuing the partnership to support  local communities and schools who participate in the Saskatchewan Parks & Recreation Association (SPRA) Take the Lead provincial initiative. 

Take the Lead is a facilitated resource focused on leadership skill development and increased physical activity in youth, primarily ages 11-14.

HIGH FIVE® training provides participants with nationally recognized certification that will assist them in working with children's programs in the sport and recreation industry. Several municipalities, non for profit organizations and service providers either require or recommend HIGH FIVE certification for employment.
